The University of Talaris (UT) was “originally established as a joint US-Philippine advanced research campus,” and it is “the birthplace of IO Fox’s early VDMH-1 cold-fusion work.” It occupies “a gentler valley running from mid-slope down toward a secondary harbor,” and within The JD Strip it forms Compact Barangay 04, the “Talaris Technopark.”
IO took the research post at UT after failing to secure an H-1B visa.
