VDMH-1 (Vulpine Dynamics Meta-Hydride, rev-1) is “a Pd–Ni architecture optimized for ultra-high deuterium loading, electron/lattice screening, and phonon mode-shaping to raise tunneling probability at nanoscale sites.” It supports “repeatable lattice-confinement cold fusion at modest temperatures.”
“Under controlled bias (150–300 °C; low-THz/MHz ultrasonic driving), VDMH-1 produces reproducible excess heat with low particle flux.” IO Fox engineered it at the University of Talaris after he was “not selected in the H-1B lottery.” With it, Talaris “becomes the first city on Earth effectively running on cold fusion.”
Foxite is VDMH-1’s long-duty-cycle byproduct. The city’s central reactor is PWRCORE-1.
