PWR UP PUP is IO Fox’s single of April 14, 2026, described on release as “a high-energy anthem that blends hyperpop, disco, and metal.” It arrived with its music video and with the VARYON Dumbbells, the first Foxite product Vulpine Dynamics ever put on sale.
The pairing was deliberate. IO had spent late March and the first week of April teasing “a project that will change how we think about strength,” and the single functioned as the launch event for the hardware as much as for the music. Both went wide the same day.
The hook is where PWR UP comes from. Within weeks the phrase had left the song entirely and turned into a greeting, a salute, and eventually the name of the concert series. For what the release set in motion, see Chapter 2 - RISE.
