The PWRBND is “a sleek wrist-worn Foxite device,” which Vulpine Dynamics describes as “a wearable meant to make science-as-magic accessible to everyone.” The company unveiled it at PWR UP: LIVE I (May 22–24), demonstrating Torch Mode and Grab Mode, with early access through the PWRBND Founders Program (see Chapter 3 - RUN).
A second class of unit exists alongside the consumer model. Vulpine calls them “laboratory-grade PWRBNDs: standard models, but with higher Varyon capacity than the consumer versions.” They are restricted to research staff and are not sold.
